foreman electrician
A foreman electrician is in charge of large and complex projects that employ many different electricians at the same time, and supervises the project as a whole, from the large-scale down to the details. On such a project, a foreman is responsible for providing on-site direction and leadership for workers in order to complete jobs within specific guidelines that include quality standards, time requirements, and budget considerations.
A foreman may be responsible for many different aspects of the job, including planning, customer relations, material management, and quality control. A foreman may also be responsible for training employees or overseeing apprenticeship programs.
journeyman electrician
We’re looking for a skilled journeyman electrician to add to our growing team. In this role, it will be your job to install, repair, and maintain electrical systems. We’ll ask you to perform these tasks for commercial, industrial, and multi-family projects.
As a journeyman electrician, you will be asked to complete a wide variety of tasks. You should be able to perform inspections and conduct assessments of electrical systems. You should also be able to read blueprints and interpret them in order to determine the best way to install an electrical system.
To accomplish all of this, you will need to have a deep familiarity with electrical construction, commonly-used electrical tools, and various components. We’re hoping to hire a journeyman electrician who has already completed an electrician apprenticeship, but we are open to considering the right candidate who has not.
apprentice electrician
We are looking for a skilled apprentice electrician to add to our growing team. In this role, you will work with one of our electricians and help them with their tasks. You will be responsible for reading blueprints, diagnosing electrical problems, and repairing electrical systems. You will also help install new electrical systems for our clients. This will involving running wires and cables, installing fixtures, and assembling various components throughout the system, among other things.
This position is ideal for someone who hopes to become an electrician themselves one day. It will help you to develop the necessary skills and knowledge. To excel in the role of an apprentice electrician, you should be eager to learn and follow instructions. We'd prefer to hire someone who has good technical skills and a basic familiarity with the role in construction.
electrical Superintendent
We’re searching for a skilled electrical superintendent to add to our growing team. In this role, it will be your job to oversee the work of our staff electricians. Your tasks will include assigning duties on jobs, maintaining records of electrical jobs, and providing guidance to those who you supervise. Your role will also involve preparing your team to work on electrical projects.
Some of the tasks that you will complete in this area include planning and scheduling projects, estimating the time and materials needed to complete them, and maintaining proper documentation of the work that is completed.
To do well in this role, you will need to be skilled in and knowledgeable of the main tasks that are completed by electricians. We would prefer for you to have advanced education in this field and would love it if you’ve previously worked in a leadership role.
